SPL’s mission is to change the lives of athletes through unique programs and and by instilling the core values of determination, dedication, humility, and teamwork that will help each athlete grow and get to the next desired level in their sports career.
SPL programs focus on improving athletes’ functional strength and power while providing training in three specific areas of speed and agility development: acceleration, deceleration and multi-direction. SPL uses techniques to assist with injury prevention for sports while enhancing confidence by giving athletes the tools they need to succeed.
