Spring Fitness

The Spring club is where Spring Fitness began and was our first fitness center. Since we opened our doors in 1994, we have become one of Springs #1 family fitness centers. We also serve the Tomball, Magnolia, and Montgomery area as well! This is the place to have fun, get your workout done with no wait and get help whenever you need it! For those of you who want more than just a basic workout we offer a wide variety of aerobic and indoor cycling classes. They are included in your membership as well as childcare, tanning, personal training and much more. Ladies, there's no reason to be shy we have a workout area just for you.
