Spuds Restaurant & Pub is named for the first naval Aviator, Commander Theodore “Spuds” Ellyson. Do not let the outside of the building fool you, Spuds is a facility that rivals any in the county! This family-friendly environment is open to all hands and features a buffet style restaurant, pub with recreational amenities and conference room facilities equipped with the latest in conferencing electronics. The facility is open seven days a week, 365 days a year and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and a Pub menu after normal restaurant hours.
In March 2015 Spuds became the Rations in Kind (RIK) feeder for the admin side of NAS Lemoore. Sailors residing in the barracks with an RIK card will enjoy extended meals hours, flexible use of the RIK card and a wider variety for all meals.
In June 2015, Spuds will open its pizza operation providing in-house, pick-up and delivery service to the NAS Lemoore community.

The Ellyson conference room is located in the Spuds Restaurant and Pub complex and is available to commands and the NAS Lemoore community for luncheons, dinners, meetings and other events.

Tailhook Tavern

Tailhook Tavern is home to the Officer’s Club and Chief Petty Officer’s Club. The facility also features a ballroom that can seat up to 200 people. Adjacent to the building is the Tavern pool which offers a slide, diving board, covered wading pool shaded deck area and, volley ball. This pool is open during the summer months only and open to E7 and above.
