Square One Downtown Bryan Event Center & Loft is located in the Historic Downtown Bryan District. Historic Downtown Bryan is among the state's newest Cultural Districts, a distinction awarded to selected cities by the Texas Commission of the Arts. Cultural districts are special community areas that stimulate economic development and community revitalization as well as harness the power of cultural resources.

The event space, on the ground floor of this quaint building built in the 1920's is perfect for any of your special event needs. Square One features a full catering kitchen and a separate bar entertainment area, as well as an attached beer garden with private event parking.

Square One also a features a cozy, stylish loft apartment located above the Event Space. This stylish three bedroom and two bath loft, can sleep up to 8 with a full, furnished kitchen and dining area. During game weekends, close, convenient access to a free Aggie shuttle service that runs 2 hours pre-game to 1 hour post-game. Queen-size beds. Antique claw-foot tub. One pull-out sofa bed. Walking distance to several local restaurants and bars, live entertainment venues, as well as shopping. Includes cable TV with TiVo, free WiFi and free parking in private lot.
