St. Andrew Lutheran Church ELCA is located in NE Cedar Rapids, IA.
St. Andrew is a faith community committed to liturgical worship, music ministry, hospitality to all members and visitors, fellowship, service, and mission.
We offer two worship services each weekend:
Saturday evenings at 5:30 P.M.
Sunday mornings at 9:30 A.M.
Our faith formation program, Sundays of Sharing (S.O.S.) follows worship on Sunday mornings during the school year (September - May). Each week we feature different activities that we do together as a faith community (story telling, service projects, games, crafts, conversation, etc...). Our faith formation program is for people of all ages.
There are many other opportunities get involved at St. Andrew. We have a church choir and bell choir, Blessed Piecemakers (quilters), St. Andrew book club, STAR'S (St. Andrew Retiree's), SAY youth group (9th - 12th grade), Men's ministry group, Vacation Bible school, various fellowship activities (ex: St. Andrew at the ballpark and St. Andrew beach party), and many different committees.
