Assisted living
Need help but still love your freedom? Then our assisted living community is for you. Enjoy the comforts of your newly refurbished private room or suite in our assisted living facility and get the support you require, including shower and dressing assistance, laundry, medication management and bed making. Many of our assisted living residents also participate in several fun experiences, such as art classes, fitness classes and walking club.

Nursing care
If you need a more consistent level of assistance, our nursing care community provides you with continuity of care; many of our assisted living residents move to our nursing care community when necessary. With a registered nurse, licensed practical nurses and nurse assistants to tend to you around the clock, our nursing home program will be sure that all your needs will be met with love and warmth.

Respite care
Need a temporary home away from home? The respite care program is available to you for up to 60 days with a minimum stay of seven days. No matter what level of care you need; assisted living, nursing home or hospice, we'll help you feel comfortable, welcome and part of our family during your short stay with us. Our respite care often provides a resident a sneak peek at what living at St. Anne’s Mead in the near future can be like. It also provides family members a break, or respite, from care-giving to handle other short-term responsibilities.

End of life care
We are dedicated to providing dignity and comfort to residents and their loved ones during the end-of-life process in an environment that is peaceful and homelike. Our team of nursing staff and medical providers are committed to ensuring you will be free from pain and discomfort; our pastoral staff and social worker are available daily to support residents and their families. We provide our direct care staff with special training to help residents and families deal with end-of-life situations. St. Anne's Mead also provides hospice care and welcomes partnerships with area hospices to assist during this difficult time.
