St. Francis Medical Center provides comprehensive healthcare services to the residents of Northeast Louisiana and Southeast Arkansas. The main campus of St. Francis Medical Center is located in downtown Monroe and provides the following services: neuroscience, cardiovascular, orthopedic, surgical, imaging, lab, womens and childrens (including the area's only Level III OB and NICU), and 24/7 emergency care. Hospitalists are available to care for inpatients in conjunction with a patient's primary care physician.

The north campus of St. Francis Medical Center is located off Highway 165 North in Monroe and provides the following services: 24/7 emergency care, lab, imaging, St. Patrick's Mental Health, St. Francis Sleep Disorders Center, Kitty DeGree Breast Health Center, Pediatric After Hours Clinic and St. Francis Insurance Agency.

The mid-town campus of St. Francis, known as the St. Francis Community Health Center, offers these services: pharmacy, cardiac rehab, convenience clinic, St. Francis Diabetes and Nutrition Center, adult rehab and imaging.
