St. John Auction

Dear Friend of St. John Nepomuk Catholic School and Parish,

On behalf of the 2014 St. John Nepomuk Auction team, we invite you to participate in our 17th Annual Auction and Dinner, “Lasso the Spirit”, on Saturday, November 8th, 2014 at St. John Nepomuk Catholic School in Yukon, Oklahoma.

St. John Nepomuk takes great pride in its reputation for academic excellence for students in Pre K-3 through 8th grade. It is our goal to support families in faith education and to nurture the development of children to their full potential in an atmosphere of Christian love, care and responsibility. Since 1953, we have served the communities of Yukon, Mustang, El Reno, Piedmont and Oklahoma City.

The dollars raised from this important evening will go towards the school endowment fund, which provides tuition assistance to our school families who qualify based on certain criteria. The auction proceeds also allow us to continue to invest in technology, ensuring our students are able to receive cutting edge instruction in the classroom. Additionally, a portion of the money raised through the auction goes toward special projects. Past projects funded through the auction include; smart boards in classrooms, computers, library books and renovations within the cafeteria and art room. Student tuition, parish subsidies and the annual auction constitute our only financial support, as we receive no federal, state or local funding.

How can you support St. John Nepomuk?

• Please consider donating an item, gift certificate, or service to be displayed within our silent or live auction during the evening. Your name or business will appear in the auction catalog distributed to our 450 guests highlighting your donation. Cash donations will be listed as Signature Sponsors within the catalog.

• Join us for this exciting evening by making a reservation. Guests will enjoy dinner and drinks, receive a bidding number and enjoy the live band and dancing following the auction. We will begin taking paid reservations at Back to School Night in August. Please check back for more details.

• Sponsorships are available which include the same benefits of a regular reservation as well as an array of advertisement opportunities, preferred seating and special recognition via social and print media.
