St. John Lutheran Church

St. John Lutheran Church was founded in 1899 by German Settlers in the Black Swamp. St. John is part of the Evangelical Church of America (ELCA) the Northwest Ohio Synod, Maumee Valley Conference.
Our current Pastor is Rev. James Wenger.
Our Mission statement in short is: "Live Christ".
We offer Sunday School beginning at 9:00 a.m. September through May. During the summer months of June through Labor Day we worship at 9:00 a.m. other than the first Sunday in August when we hold our annual Mission Festival in the yard across from our cemetery at 10:00 a.m.
