St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf has been serving children with hearing loss for nearly 180 years, and Indianapolis is proud to be one of two SJI campuses continuing to serve these children! For parents of children with hearing loss who choose listening and spoken language for their child, St. Joseph Institute provides a solid educational structure throughout the formative years. Between our early intervention program, our ihear internet therapy, our preschool and primary schools, and our mainstream services, SJI is recognized as a long-standing state and national leader in deaf and hard of hearing education.
