This is Christ's church. There is a place for you here. We are the church that shares a living, daring confidence in God's grace. Liberated by our faith, we embrace you as a whole person — questions, complexities and all. Join us as we do God's work in Christ's name for the life of the world.
We are "a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession," that we may declare the praise of Jesus our Savior, who called us "out of darkness into his wonderful light." Once we were not a people, but now we are the people of God; once we had not received mercy, but now we have received mercy and power of God's Holy Spirit. [1 Peter 2:9-10]
We live out our lives as God's people in four ways:
1) Relating: St. Luke's is a community where members are encouraged and enabled to grow in their relationship with God through their relationships with each other.
2) Forming: St. Luke's is a family where parents and the church partner in forming the faith of our children and youth.
3) Growing: St. Luke's is a loving place where every member is encouraged and enabled to serve God and their neighbors, growing in faith and discipleship.
4) Sharing: St. Luke's is a witnessing people, sharing their faith and faith experiences with others and inviting them into a deeper relationship with Jesus.
