St Mark's United Methodist Church in Belpre, OH

Saint Mark's has been serving the community since 1789, when an oxcart brought the family to the log building located on a bluff by the Ohio River, surrounded by cedar trees.

Today, not only does Saint Mark's still offer Sunday School Classes and a Worship Service every Sunday, but throughout the week, also operates a Nursery School open to all children ages four and five years old regardless of race, color, religion, sex creed or national origin.

David A. Hubbard is the pastor of the St. Mark’s United Methodist Church of Belpre, Oh. He has served St, Mark's since 1997. A pastor since 1980, Pastor Hubbard has served other churches in Dayton, OH and Kentucky.

Pastor Hubbard received his undergraduate degree from Kentucky Wesleyan College and his Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary, Dayton, Ohio. He was ordained an Elder in the United Methodist Church in 1990.

Pastor Dave and his wife Grace have been married for 21 years. They have two teenage sons, Jason & Jeffrey, and share their home with a 100 pound Old English Sheep dog named "Bandit."
