St. Mary's Catholic Church was a historic Catholic Church located at Fort Wayne, Indiana. The church was built in 1886-1887, and was a red brick and sandstone Gothic Revival style church. It measured approximately l95 feet long and 68 feet wide, and had a traditional cruciform plan. The front facade featured three projecting towers. Also on the property were the contributing rectory and boiler building.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. It was destroyed by fire September 2, 1993 after being struck by lightning and delisted that year. A new church built in 1998 occupies the site of the historic church.
