St. Nicholas Orthodox Church of Omaha, Nebraska, was established by Serbian immigrants in 1917. Originally located at 30th & S Sts., the present church, with its classical Serbian-Byzantine style, was consecrated in 1987. Today, St. Nicholas Church is the most ethnically and culturally diverse Orthodox parish in Omaha, comprising Serbs, Russians, Romanians, Bulgarians, and Americans of all backgrounds. It is the only church in Omaha where one may hear the Gospel in many languages. All visitors are warmly welcomed.

Church services are primarily conducted in English and in Old Church Slavonic. The latter is used in some choral music and prayers and varies in amount according to the backgrounds and interests of those attending a particular service. If you desire to worship God with all your heart and mind as you experience the Apostolic faith in an authentically traditional way, please call or visit us for the Divine Liturgy.

Divine Liturgy at 10:00 a.m., every Sunday and on special feast days.

Saturdays and on evenings before great feast days: Vespers/Vigils at 6:30 P.M.
