St. Paddy Cakes

St. Paddy Cakes will be serving Potato Cakes and Kettle Chip Nachos with Irish flavors of Guinness infused Irish White cheddar sauce. The Irish Potato Cake will have Cabbage and Corned beef a take on a classic Irish Dish.

There will be more American stylized cakes accompanying the line up and the truck will feature a new potato cake of the month each month.

The fresh made Kettle Chip Nachos will have Guinness infused Irish White cheddar served on top, Nacho stye, or on the side which will be the dipping style. Both will be accompanied by crumbled bacon, tomato, and chive.
