St. Vincent's Hope Clinic

In partnership with the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) and St. Vincent’s House, St. Vincent's Hope Clinic offers primary care to insured, underinsured, and uninsured members of our community. This is a nurse-managed clinic that sees patients on a sliding scale. Cost to see a health care provider is no more than $30.

Our UTMB affiliation affords the patients much needed access and referrals to University’s labs and resources that traditionally would have been unavailable; and St. Vincent's House provides the clinic's facilities. The clinic is open on Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.

A major focus of the clinic is the prevention, early detection and control of chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, heart disease, with special emphasis on cancer, HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases. St. Vincent’s Hope Clinic provides:
-Routine physical/sports exams
-Women’s Wellness check-ups
-Mammograms & bone density analysis
-HIV testing
-Vision screenings
-Diabetes health maintenance and counseling
-Prescription assistance
