I was miserable! Fat, unhealthy and feeling like a blob of nothing. That picture of me in he blue shirt, that is there to remind me of the reason WHY I started my weight loss journey Oct., 2016. Thankfully with dedication, hard work and eating right (there have been cheat days) that I am on the right path. I have dropped weight on the scale however since I have been building muscle, the scale weight only moved the needle about 15 lbs. What is AMAZING is how my clothes are fitting! I have gone up in Muscle Mass and Water Weight ( never realized how much water you need to be considered lean) and plummeting on BMI and Body Fat! That's my focus.
Now I have taken my journey to the next level and am proud to say I am a Beach Body Coach with a passion to help other women with their journey. I'm going to be posting about nutrition, recipes, challenge packs, pictures, inspirational quotes and so much more!
