We practice Direct-Trade with micro-lot farmers, insuring that family farms are properly rewarded for their efforts and can continue to produce such beautiful coffees. They are hand picked at peak ripeness, organically grown and Locally roasted to order. Our seasonal coffees are 100% Arabica beans.
