Staci Zampa has an extensive and accomplished real estate career with a remarkable track record of delivering results. Prior to beginning her career in Real Estate,Staci owned Perfect Petals, an ultra successful floral business in Manhattan while creating life long connections and friendships with her customers.

Staci enjoyed great success at another prominent brokerage firm in Scarsdale and in various facets of the industry. Since 2004, she served as both the Director of Sales and Property Manager at RiverPointe on the Hudson in Riverdale, NY, and The Riverview Club in Yonkers where she oversaw the complete conversion and renovation of the rental buildings into condominiums. She closed an impressive 350 units for $130M in combined sales at RiverPointe and The Riverview Club respectively. She has an in-depth knowledge that can only be fostered through the eyes of experience.

Aside from her Real Estate career, Staci works alongside her sister Geri Topfer, founder of Kula for Karma a non-profit organization that is transforming lives and changing the face of healthcare. Kula for Karma brings therapeutic yoga, meditation, and stress management to people with physical and mental health challenges.

She and her husband, along with their two children, have resided in Stamford Connecticut for over 15 years. Her husband Bob is the COO of Alt Power, New York’s leading renewable energy company. Herson, Hunter Zampa, is the youngest “chopped” champion and has been featured numerous times on Food Network. Her Daughter, Dakota is a freshman at Westhilland an avid Field Hockey and Lacrosse player.
