The story of how Stadiums came to be...

My oldest son, Scotty , is a die hard Packer fan. So for his 21st birthday I took my two boys, Scotty and Shane D., and my brother to Green Bay to see what turned out to be Brett Favre's last regular season game as a Packer. It is our favorite trip we ever took.
While at the game on December 29 in 9 degree weather, we realized why it is called the frozen tundra. My baby brother, Phillip, goes to get something to eat. When he returns he has 6 beer boiled Green Bay Brats. He ate his and he liked them so much he went and got another one (or two).
That night after the game we went to a place we never heard of called The Tilted Kilt. The boys all loved the place of course. My brother could not stop talking how much he loved the brats.
Well it got me thinking. The food we had at the stadium and a cool place to hang out. How can I put those two together.
That has been almost seven years ago. And all this time I have been planning and researching. If the food at Lambeau Field was that good then what do they have at other stadiums? I have researched all 31 NFL stadiums and MLB Ballparks to find out what is their signature food. This is how I came up with the menu and why it's called "Stadiums".
As the sign was being hung on the front of the building I had a moment when I realized that this idea I had in my head is really gonna be a place that I hope everyone will enjoy and find something they can't get anywhere but here.
