Standard & Pour

Standard & Pour is the creation of Simon Hospitality Group and Titan Brands. This is a collaboration of two of the Vegas Valley’s most successful hospitality groups. Simon Hospitality Group owns and operates the highly successful Carson Kitchen in downtown Las Vegas and manages restaurants in Palm Springs, Chicago, and Punta Cana (located in the Dominican Republic). Titan Brands is the owner and operator of the Hussong’s Cantina chain of Mexican restaurants with locations in Las Vegas, Reno, and Ensenada, Mexico along with Slice of Vegas Pizza at Mandalay Bay.

The groups’ collective vision is to create a true dining destination in Henderson that is not a chain, tavern, or casino restaurant. Inspired by our mutual friend and partner, we set out to honor Kerry Simon’s legacy by delighting guests with unique, flavorful, and playful food where everyone finds a favorite that keeps them coming back.

With an innovative menu, creative craft cocktails, and a unique room overlooking the entire valley, Standard & Pour is Henderson’s destination dining room and lounge. The atmosphere is designed to be hip, fun, and approachable with upscale service and unparalleled food and drink creating the area’s first “gastro lounge”.
