**Return Policy**
We realize not every purchase works out as planned, therefore we are happy to offer a refund or credit based on the following guidelines:
Returns MUST be made within 30 days of the purchase,accompanied by a receipt. We are unable to issue refunds or credits after 30 days.
Returns/Refunds will not be accepted on annuals, bare root, vegetable and small fruit plants.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the returned product or plant was purchased.
Seasonal gift and home décor items (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween & Easter, etc.) we will not be able to accept on return. We will not accept returns on food or beverages.
We will not accept returns on bags of soil, Beneficial Bugs and we do not replace replacements. We reserve the right to revoke our guarantee in the case of intentional misuse of this guarantee.
