Sure to satisfy any sweet tooth from apple pie to gourmet French entremets or even a chocolate strawberry martini, so you can have your dessert and drink it too. Before the evening vibe we will be open at noon for fast casual service offering pastries, espresso and light fare for a grab and go lunch. Our custom bake shop
will cater to clientele needing orders for special events, meetings and weddings.


What will we have?

Everything from small treats to exquisite desserts. From lattes to glamourous chocolate martinis. This new business is everything from customized cakes to grab and go pastries all the way to sweetened casual dining.

What is your hours?

We are going to start with 11 AM to 9PM for now. This way we can see you for brunch, lunch, snack and savory bites, and dessert!

Who are we?

Hello, I’m Renee, the owner of Starlight Dessert Bar & Bakery. It has been my dream to open up in downtown Loveland where it is a part of my heritage, historical and artist destination and a vibrant community. This bakery, bar, and restaurant will be family owned and operated. My favorite part of Downtown Loveland is my new neighbors; businesses or residences, are so welcoming and excited to see our new place.

Hey there! I'm Jessie I will be the general manager. I’ve been helping my mom with her business since I was old enough to be actual help. I love being able to be by her side and seeing this dream grow. I can’t wait for her dreams (our dreams) to come true! I have worked in restaurants for eight years, with experience in every department. I am so excited to be able to be a part of our community and to provide party center pieces, satisfy a sweet tooth, and to provide jobs for people in our community. I can’t wait to see you walk through our doors!

How did we get here?

We started in Colorado five generations ago when our great grandparents immigrated to work in the sugar factory. Along with myself, my children and grandchildren were raised here so this is the place I am so proud to call home.
Where did we come from?
My first job was in the bakery and I managed a grocery store department close to 10 years. After my children were grown and many birthday cakes later I made additional income by creating a website with bakery related products. To my surprise this grew into a full time job. As I loved creating my own business, I found being involved locally and more hands on is what I desired most. There’s a big demand for custom cakes made by quality ingredients in our city. It’s been a lot of hard work and flour to get to where we are today. We couldn’t do it without the Loveland community and we thank everyone for helping us get here and appreciate the help we are still getting.

Our mission

Our mission is to be a part of Loveland’s community: buying locally, providing jobs, and having a place for people to come together. We wanted to do this in the way we know best – providing sweets! We will have a friendly, warm, and inviting atmosphere. This is the place where people will come to wind down, relax, and finish that perfect date with that perfect sweet ending. Whether your date is someone new, your closest friends, or your whole family, we are excited to see you!
