Starsteps Dance Center

This is our 20th outstanding year and we will be focusing on the mission of "Making Learning Fun". The instructors of Starsteps will strive to help each student reach their personal best and be a Star. We will continue to teach correct technique, style, and performance skills to some of the best dancers in North Carolina. Starsteps has taught dance to over 1000 talented dance students since opening its doors in 1996.Whether you take dance for one year or for a lifetime, our goal is for all students to grow in their knowledge of dance skills, strengthening their style grace, rhythm, and coordination in a fun, safe, nurturing environment. Starsteps provides value for you and your child. We teach our students to dance (not follow) with confidence. We use standardized Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Lyrical, and Hip Hop movement and terminology. Your child will be proud to be a STAR at Starsteps. Without the wonderful students and parents of Starsteps, we would not exist. Our constant growth is due to your support and requests to provide more diverse, convenient, top quality dance education.
