Start Smart Learning Center

Start Smart Learning Center is commissioned by Bright from the Start Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. We have been open since September 2008 and are located just off Highway 21 in Rincon, GA. Both directors/owners hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education obtained through Armstrong Atlantic State University. Start Smart Learning Center is a family owned and operated business ran by a mother/daughter team whom both has a passion for education. Our facility serves children from newborn up to twelve years old, and we are dedicated to ensuring the best education, safety, and well-being of your child.

Our center has gone through the rigorous process of becoming Quality Rated and is happy to say we achieved the honorable title of being a Quality Rated childcare center. This was a long process and required a lot of work, but we felt that taking the level of education and care at our center above and beyond is of utmost importance.
