Station Loft Works is located in a 10,000 square foot historic loft building and was founded, designed, and built with the idea that “A library is to a student, like a creative environment is to a successful entrepreneur.”

Our mission includes providing a cost effective office space for growing businesses with exceptional office perks to include Business Class wifi, fax, printing, and scanning, free coffee all day, mail handling, receptionist to greet your guests, utilities and conference room space for executive client meetings.

Station Loft Works is open Monday - Friday 7 am - 7 pm, and offers Private Offices, Cubicle Sized Half Private Office, Virtual Offices, Hot Desks and Special Memberships.

The Garage at Station Loft Works is 3500 square feet loft space and has 6 private office spaces with 24/7 accessibility for those who need around the clock access. Perfect for an executive or team of 4. The Garage is accessible 24/7 with keycard and pin, includes member break area, refrigerator, microwave, pantry, unlimited coffee and bottled water.

The Garage at Station Loft Works also includes all utilities, business class ethernet and wireless accessibility, receptionist to greet your guests Monday - Friday between 9 am - 5 pm, and a 6 person conference room for executive or team meetings.

Located in the Historic Downtown Business District, Station Loft Works members can take advantage of being in an Opportunity Zone.
