Stehman Church

You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven. – Matthew 5:14-16
At Stehman Memorial United Methodist Church, our goal is to take these words of Jesus to heart and live them.
Our church was built on a hill in scenic southern Manor Township. The building can be seen for a long way, especially at night, when our steeple is lighted.
Yet the physical light of our church is only part of our story. As followers of Christ, we are each called to be light to the world, reflecting the true Light of our Lord Jesus. At Stehman Church, we seek to let our light shine, individually and in community, through hospitality, service, worship and the Word of God. We want to be a beacon of light in the darkness. We invite you to let your light shine with ours.
