Eden Energy Medicine is an empowerment modality that addresses energy imbalances in the body so you can live a healthier, more vibrant and fuller life. Because EEM techniques balance the energy systems of the body (Aura, Chakras, Meridians, Electrics, etc.) any health issue is welcome in the office. Diseases themselves aren't addressed, but the underlying energetic disturbances that may be causing them are. Stephanie uses Yoga postures and Integrated Positional Therapy as needed to address physical imbalances. She also works with Peruvian Shamanic Tools and ThetaHealing connecting mind, body and spirit to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts. Between sessions, Stephanie suggests a tailored daily care routine for each individual. A daily care exercise routine can enhance one's well-being everyday: in between your energy session appointments and for continued long term benefits. An energy medicine session is typically 75 minutes in length.
