Meet Stephanie Gunther: Your Denver Metro Real Estate Agent

I have been a licensed real estate professional for 7 years but come with a lifetime of real estate experience to back it up! As the daughter of a highly successful real estate and mortgage professional, I not only inherited exposure to real estate, but also developed a keen aptitude stemming from sincere interest, knowledge and experience in the industry. I am a Colorado native and have worked in the real estate industry since 16 years old when I started as an administrative assist at Coldwell Banker, followed by many years as a real estate transaction coordinator and agent assistant.

I strive every day to be someone whom my clientele and colleagues can put their trust and faith in.
In addition to my real estate background I have 8 years’ experience as a Marketing and Sales Manager in the construction industry. My expertise in graphic design, photography, internet & social media advertising (to name a few) gives my clients a distinct advantage.

I Believe in Giving Back

I am a firm believer in giving back and am particularly passionate about animal rescue. I volunteer with Life is Better Rescue in Lakewood, CO and frequently take on new animals to foster and rehabilitate before they go up for adoption.

In My Free Time

First and Foremost I love creating new memories with my 7 year old son, foster pups, family and friends. I spend as much time as I can outdoors whether it be camping, hiking, golfing, snowboarding or long walks on the beach  I also enjoy reading, cooking, gardening and FOOTBALL. Go Broncos!
