History
Steppingstones School is a private preschool and kindergarten which was founded in 1990 by Stow residents, Nancy
DiGiovanni and Susan Perry. As Co-Directors and owners, they offered a school with local roots and on-site management.
They both have early childhood degrees and over 20 years of experience in the field.
Steppingstones School is a charter member of the Nashoba Community Partnership for Children. The Partnership ,established
in 1997, is a collaborative of parents, community members, preschools, public schools and all programs or individuals who
provide or have an interest in early care and education services in the district.

Staff
Every staff member is required to be licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care. Whenever possible, we hire
individuals who have a college degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Our goal, at all times, is to have a staff
that is caring, enthusiastic, responsible and professional.
