CORE VALUES
Encounter:
When someone has an encounter with God, life transformation will almost always follow. We don’t want to merely teach people about Christ, but to meet Him and get to know Him in the power of the Holy Spirit.
The Word:
We believe in the authority of Scripture and base all of our teaching on it. Whether preaching to a crowd or sitting one-on-one in a coffee shop, the gospel, as laid out in the Word of God, is shared.
Discipleship:
We think that individual people are the most important thing. Filling up pews is pretty simple, discipleship is not. We make a commitment to getting involved in people’s lives, tackling problems and walking with them in their relationship with Jesus.
Integrity:
We live in a society of degraded moral standards and we, as Christians, are called to be separate and holy. We expect integrity and purity from our staff and volunteers and we place a high value on teaching this to those involved in our ministry.
Prayer:
We believe that prayer has power to supernaturally alter any circumstance. Prayer is a part of every meeting and we meet for prayer as a staff every work day. Our wisdom alone will not make a difference so we must get a hold of God for supernatural wisdom and intervention.
