Pasture raised lean beef now available. The animals are between 16-20 months of age. All animals are grass fed and NEVER given growth hormones, steroids, antibiotics, or other non-natural supplements. People have the opportunity to buy half or whole beef. The company is owned by Matt, Wayne, and Dr. Mark Shelley of Port Allegany, PA. Joseph Shelley is the chief sales and marketing officer who should be contacted regarding orders. Grass Fed beef- per pound hanging weight (weight of animal once slaughtered)

Deposit Fee- Whole beef--> $200
- Half Beef--> $100

Processing Fees- . cents per pound of hanging weight with a slaughter fee.

Usually, you will receive about 1/3 steaks, 1/3 roasts, and 1/3 ground beef.

When orders and deposits are received, we will notify you of the scheduled slaughter date. All beef is slaughtered by an independent state and federal inspected facility. You will then receive an invoice with the weight and balance due. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, and always prior to meat pick up.You will then contact the butcher with your custom cutting specifications.

After aging, the butcher will process the order and freeze for 24 hours. Your order is then ready to pick up in Eldred, PA where the butcher processing fee is to be paid. Please bring appropriate coolers and/or boxes to transport your meat home.
