Steve Powell is a native of Maryland and Retired Army National Guard Officer who has established himself as one of Maryland's Top Realtors. Steve's experience in Real Estate began in 1989 when he purchased his first home at age 19 and started his rental home business. Since entering the Real Estate business as a Full-time Realtor in 2000, Steve has listed and sold over $120,000,000 worth of properties and over 700 homes throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania. In 2007, while the economy was collapsing, Steve was able to have his best year in Real Estate, doubling his business transactions and has continued success each year.

In 2010, Steve partnered with another Realtor to purchase the brokerage where he worked and is now an co-owner of RE/MAX Achievers in Hagerstown, Maryland. After a successful rebuild of the Hagerstown location, a second RE/MAX franchise was established in Frederick, MD. Future expansion in other States is being considered.
