Having a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition gives me the knowledge to give you the best nutritional information possible with expertise in physiology, superfoods, herbalism, metabolism, juicing, detoxing, and orthomolecular medicine.

Most trainers have a certification to train but not every trainer has a degree and certainly not in Nutrition which gives me a wealth of knowledge to assist you in reaching your goals. I am passionate about helping you reach your goals and to teach you along the way because your success is my success and I will do everything to make sure you achieve all of the goals set before you.
