SHIPPING:
Shipping is not included in the overall price, if you choose to have your personalized items shipped, there is a minimum fee of $5.00 that YOU must include in your payment. Failure to due so will delay your shipment. All packages that are over 2lbs will be an additional $5.00 charge. ALL packages needed in less than two (2) days will result in a $20.00 priority shipping fee, due at the time of payment for your items. All purchases over $100 will receive free shipping.

RETURNS-
Our mission is to give people the power to make anything imaginable.Due to the nature of our work, and being unable to resale customized items, we do not offer refunds.
We want you to love your creation. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the final product, you may return your purchase for a replacement within 30 days of receipt.Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange, or in-store credit within 30 days of receipt (regardless of customization)*
* Some products are subject to special return restrictions. Products that include names, are non returnable, and non-refundable.We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Stewart Sensation’s representative to be defective.For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
