Stockade Polo and Saddle Club

Stockade Polo & Saddle Club Inc. is a 57 acre horse show facility conveniently located in New York State's Mohawk Valley, in the Town of Glenville. Development began in 1997 with a full size polo field (200 yards x 300 yards) and continued with our first season of horse shows in 2004. With improvements over time, we are now a comfortable location for riding and showing, with four all-weather sand rings of various sizes for several disciplines. Our focus since we started has been on developing a friendly place where riders can gather for Dressage, Hunter and Jumper Shows. Stockade now hosts the annual Capital District Hunter/Jumper Classic Horse Show and Dressage at Stockade (USEF/USDF) competitions. In addition, our 2014 schedule included a well-attended series of dressage/CT and hunter/jumper schooling shows. For added variety on non-horse show weekends, Stockade's polo field also accommodates Stockade Agility's dog agility meets and practice run-throughs.
