Stokes Fish Company is a family owned business that was started in 1931. For 75 years Stokes had a seafood market on Main Street in Leesburg but when we moved into our current warehouse 15 years ago they did not open a retail seafood market at that location...until NOW! Come check out Stokes Seafood Market and More at our new location at 719 W. Main Street in Leesburg! We bring in fresh fish right off the boats from all over the world for our wholesale company Stokes Fish and also for Stokes Seafood Market and More. Stokes Fish sells to other wholesalers and delivers it all over the country via our sister company Lake Trucking.

Every day we call our many supplier partners all over Florida and the Southeast US to find out when their boats are coming in, and we source domestic seafood from the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic, from Florida's pristine lakes and rivers, and from all over the Southeast, to bring you the freshest fish available.

We carry the highest quality tuna, swordfish, grouper, snapper, mahi, salmon, catfish, lobster, tilapia, oysters, clams, crab, shrimp, frog legs, as well as frozen seafood and much more.

Several things set us apart from our competitors and makes us unique. Most suppliers work from locations far from where their fish is located and they never thier fish, but we are able to personally inspect every fish we sell since our office is in the same building as our warehouse,so you can rest assured that you will receiev the frehsest quality seafood available when you order from stokes Fish.

Every fish we touch is inspected by one of our Quality Control inspectors or Fred, Margie, George, or Ryan personally, to make sure that it meets our high standards and yours.

We then wash the fish in ozonated water, which is the only FDA approved micro-bacterial wash process. The ozone instantly kills any bacteria on the fish, making it look better and more importanly extending the shelf life of the fish by 2-5 days.

Both Stokes Fish and Lake trucking are in the process of getting our SQF Certification ( Safe Quality Food ) to assure you that your fish has been processed and handled to the highest standards.
