Our process for building or remodeling your dream home begins with understanding what you want and how it fits into your budget. We work closely with the homeowner to design plans that are both beautiful and functional. Once a plan is designed, we work with you to chose products and materials. Stoltenberg Homes serves as general contractor and works closely with its team of professional carpenters as they handle all the framing, siding, roofing, trim and concrete flat-work. For the remainder of the work, Stoltenberg Homes has brought together a team of subcontractors who specialize in their respective areas of craftsmanship.
