Stonegate Nursing Center

Stonegate Nursing Center is a 134-bed facility that offers comfortable, spacious accommodation including: Private, Semi-Private and Shared-Suites, with a choice of five carpeted floor plans, some with separate living areas and private showers/baths.
Through our individualized programs, we take special pride in helping residents regain strength, recover from strokes, cardiac illnesses, and improve mobility after fractures or surgeries. Additionally, we provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and respiratory therapy.
