Seja bem vindo à nossa mais nova casa, localizada no condomínio Storey Lake Resort!

Storey Lake Resort é um condomínio novo, com portões, e que tem uma localização privilegiada. Ele está literalmente a 5 minutos da entrada da Disney. Na mesma avenida, é só seguir reto! Também estamos próximos de todas as outras famosas atrações como Sea World, Universal Studios e os famosos Outlets Prime e Premium. Fácil acesso também a diversas opções de alimentação, supermercados e postos de combustível.

Esta é uma casa de 6 quartos, recém entregue e decorada por profissional. Ela tem dois quartos temáticos para crianças, e elas vão adorar! Quando for hora de relaxar, a casa tem um living privativo no andar superior com TV de 65 polegadas, Xbox One, máquina de Pipocas e um Sofá delicioso pra se jogar.

A cozinha é totalmente aparelhada e ideal para aquele dia que você resolver fazer um jantar em casa, ou para cafés da manhã reforçados! A casa tem assento para até 12 pessoas comerem simultaneamente. A sala de estar tem uma TV de 75 polegadas (!!!) para a família se reunir e assistir filmes ou eventos esportivos, ou simplesmente aproveitar o momento para se reunir e relembrar as experiências de um dia cheio de novidades.

Para sua conveniência a casa tem uma lavanderia com máquinas de lavar e secar independentes e de alta capacidade, assim como acesso WIFI incluso de alta velocidade. A remoção de lixo é feita diariamente na porta de sua casa.

Do lado de fora há uma churrasqueira Top, piscina privativa e SPA que podem ser aquecidos mediante uma taxa extra. Tudo isso com uma tela de proteção para evitar insetos, animais e garantir a diversão o tempo todo!

We would like to welcome you to our newest house located in the community Storey Lake Resort!

Storey Lake Resort is a brand new gated condo
built on a Prime location. It is literally only 5 minutes away from Disney´s Entrance. It’s also close to others famous attractions like Sea World, Universal Studios and Prime/Premium Outlets. Also there is easy access to many dining options, supermarkets and gas stations.

This is a 6 bedroom home that was recently built and professionally decorated, all appliances and furniture have just been acquired. There are two themed rooms for your kids and they will absolutely love it! When it’s time to sit down and chill, there’s an upstairs family room, equipped with a 65-inch flat screen TV, Xbox One, Popcorn machine and a very comfortable sofa.

Our kitchen is fully furnished and ideal for those times when you feel like dining in, with plenty of seating for everyone to get together. In the living room there is lots of space to lounge and watch movies on a huge 75´flat screen TV or just gather to share the stories of the day. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer and FREE wireless high-speed internet and cable TV. There is also a daily trash removal valet service.

Finally, our outdoor options feature a permanent stainless BBQ grill, a nice private pool with spa that may be heated upon demand (extra charge), all set on an enclosed lanai for your security and convenience.
