When we meet with them to inspect your damage, we are prepared to discuss what we feel is compensable damage and assist them where appropriate. They are busy people and we try to save them time without compromising their integrity.

To ensure that you are comfortable in working with us, we never ask for payment until each major segment of the process is completed to your satisfaction. As a small business, we cannot afford to “float” the entire high cost of materials and labor on several jobs. We do, however, understand our customers’ needs of assurance that they are receiving what they are paying for.
