Strawberry Fields of Learning

Our Early Childhood Prep School focuses on problem solving, decision making and self-help, while promoting interpersonal communications. These are key elements which contribute to the child’s development, self esteem, and confidence. Do you want your child to attend a preschool that focuses on life-long, authentic learning that stays with him/her forever?

Strawberry Fields uses the Randi Writes Curriculum! Our methods are exemplified in the activities we do with our students. What a joy it is to see children learn to read when they are just three years old! We would love to have your child join this exciting process. We will have two parent-teacher conferences per year. One will be in the Fall and one will be in the Spring.

Our activities are in the fields of:
Reading Phonetics (Learning the keys of reading through letter recognition/letter sounds)
Reading Comprehension (Acting out stories to improve retention)
Math (Working with manipulatives to gain number sense and mathematical concepts)
Science (Going to the science lab and conducting age appropriate science experiements)
Social Studies (Learning all about ourselves and the world we live in through projects)
Music (Learning about, and even creating, personal instuments and singing in a choir loft)
Outdoor Play (Playing freely in one of our two playgrounds)
Art (Painting, gluing, and coloring their way to an apprecaition of art concepts and famous artsists)

We like kids to learn by doing things themselves and provide them with an endless amount of enthusiasm as well as tools with which to explore. Strawberry Fields is filled with books, games, musical instruments, toys, and computers. All of this is awaiting your child!
