Ann Frederick created the first Stretch to Win® Center in 1996 when it was called “A & F Flexibility” in Tempe, AZ, USA. It was designed as one of the first businesses in the world to focus on eliminating pain and improving function, flexibility and strength with assisted stretching and movement therapy of the connective tissue system.

The proprietary system of techniques Ann developed is called Fascial Stretch Therapy™ or FST™ and celebrities, elite athletes, business owners and families of all ages benefitted from the services offered at the Stretch to Win Center.

Chris Frederick joined the Center in 1999 and developed highly innovative and successful medical protocols and solutions that integrated FST with physical therapy for a multitude of neuromusculoskeletal diagnoses.

Gross revenue for the first year of operation was $12,000. By the time the Center closed in January 31, 2012, it grossed $600,000 annually. As a result of increasing demand from many professionals in the health, fitness and sports industries, the Fredericks closed the Center clinic in order to teach the FST system worldwide.
