This is a unique fitness program designed for you, the new mom. The stroller is used during the majority of our workout. We incorporate cardio moves as well as strength and core work to help widdle away the waist!

As a mom, I understand the struggles of working out with kids. I also understand the frustration of trying to get your body back after having children. Before having my third child I had lost weight and gotten into the best shape of my life. I worked out hard throughout most of my pregnancy and expected to bounce back. Over 2 years later I'm still working on getting that baby weight off. That's when I found this awesome program! I am so excited to help other women get back in shape and bring the baby along for the ride!
$35 registration fee (this is a one time fee that gets you the equipment you'll need for class)
