We’ve paid attention to what couples want and have worked to become the best choice for weddings.

First, we treat weddings differently than we do other events. The barbecue industry seems to think that catering a wedding and catering a company picnic is the same thing. They bring the same decorations, the same food in foil pans, the same cheap-o napkins. We don’t think that is good enough. We offer upscale barbecue so that your meal can be as casual or as formal as you like.

We’ll cater a meal that fits your personal wedding style. Nice, thick paper napkins or colorful cloth linens? Traditional BBQ sides like potato salad or something more formal like roasted rosemary potatoes? Fresh hamburger buns or dinner rolls? Clear, plastic plates or real china and silverware? Buffet service of family style? Coleslaw on the buffet or plated salads on the table? Your choices make your wedding more casual, formal, simple or elaborate.

Second, because we are a committed barbecue caterer (not a restaurant with a catering sideline) we are fully committed to you and your wedding. Your wedding IS our business, not just one more thing to do on a busy night at a restaurant. On the days before your wedding our priority is preparing for your wedding–not our lunch crowd. When it comes to staffing your event, we won’t be pulling people off the floor that normally do another job, instead our staff is specially trained to cater to brides and grooms and their guests. They have catered more weddings than the average person will attend in their entire lives!

Third, we set up a buffet that is impeccably clean and neat. We use a simple, elegant floor length white table linen. We cover it with a specially fitted clear cover (almost invisible) so that any errant splatters can be wiped away. Your guests will see a printed menu card at the head of the buffet and nicely labeled cards at each menu item.

Fourth, we serve our barbecue sauce on the side. Your guests can add as little or as much sauce as you like. (Especially helpful for brides in white!)

Fifth, we guarantee that we won’t run out of food. We too have heard the stories and seen the posts about caterers ruining a wedding reception by running out of food. But since we have never run out of food at a catered event, we decided to remove the risk and worry for our couples by guaranteeing that we won’t run out of food or you don’t pay. You’ll see our Plenty-of-Food-Guarantee on your proposal for any No Work Catering Service Event. But since we are the only caterer offering it you won’t get that kind of guarantee anywhere else.

Sixth, you won’t spend your wedding night hungry…or at the McD’s Drive Thru. Since some brides and grooms don’t actually eat at their wedding reception, we leave behind an After Party Rack of Ribs care package with any full-service catered event for you to grab on your way out of your reception. When you get to your hotel and the hunger pangs strike, heat your meal up in the hotel’s breakfast microwave and have a little late-night picnic in your room. Or throw the ribs in your freezer for an easy meal after the honeymoon. Delicious and fun!
