Studio 13

Studio 13 is a unique music workshop located in the heart of Old Town Cornelius, NC at the historic Oak Street Mill. We provide a fully-equipped rehearsal studio for musicians and bands including a PA system, house drum kit, concession area, lounge and creative atmosphere.

Rehearsal space rates start as low as $25/hour.
