Directions from Matthews Bridge/Arlington Expressway: Once across the bridge, take the exit toward A.Phillip Randolph Blvd./ West Stadium Area. Merge onto Spearing St and provide till stop sign. Turn left on Union St. Building is ivory and rust colored and is located .2 miles on left. Parking lot is between building and cement plant/trucks. Use entrance between Elevator D and E, and come up to 3rd floor.

Directions from Hart Bridge: Exit onto E. Duval St. Turn right at N. Liberty St. Turn right at 3rd cross street (E. Beaver St.) Turn left on N. Washington St. and proceed under the bridge.
