Studio 48 Pilates and Fitness’s mission is to help our students Find Their Center. Bridging mindful movements and body awareness, we customize workouts to suite our students’ individual needs in a positive, uplifting environment.

Every one of us has different fitness needs, goals, challenges, lifestyles, and habits that need to be addressed in each workout. The “one-sized-fits-all” approach to fitness does not apply to our students. Whether your body wants to dance, stretch, or sweat, we have you covered! We want your body, mind, and soul to feel centered and strong after each and every workout.
