We also offer Kettle Bell bootcamps, Strength Sculpt, Tai Chi, guided meditation, reiki and massage therapy. Many options for ALL levels from 3 to 103 years of age. No pre-registration or membership is required; however we do offer easy online pre-registration & payment options through MindBody Connect app. Many class packages and unlimited memberships available.
