Studio Mantra is unlike any wellness studio in Austin. Conveniently located in the heart of Northwest Austin, our beautifully ­designed studio features a wide range of group classes and bodywork services to help you meet your health and wellness needs.

Choose from a wide range of yoga, pilates, and barre group classes to keep your routine fresh, including unique options such as Mantra Sculp (yoga with hand weights and cardio bursts), Mantra Barre (a perfect mix of yoga and barre moves, or Mantra Natal (a lovely slow flow for expecting Mommies). What makes our studio even more unique is that you can schedule a bodywork session for before or after your workout.

Our skilled therapists take time to get to know your needs, will never rush you, and will always have valuable information to share with you. We also offer private yoga or pilates classes to perfect your form, extras such as acupuncture, special events, and workshops, and our Mantra Retail Lounge is stocked with gorgeous gear to take you from the studio to the street.
